Every once in a while, a yarn comes along that fills all the needs. L’Atelier’s Sonata is 100% raw silk, spun into a easy to work with tape and it all happens on size 9 needles. The same mill that produces our cashmeres developed this extraordinary fiber, for us. We love the asymmetrical Henley feel of this cropped piece and have used a simple pattern stitch on the sleeves and body to create interest and dimension. The sleeves are bracelet length. Add in a button package of our Milan Button factory and we think this will become a sweater you can’t take off. Note, if you want it a standard length, order the next size up.
