Sweaters should be wearable and this week we found one that fits just that bill. If you love lightweight, classy, stylish and a little L’Atelier “sparkle”, this one is for you. Dan Doh’s Whitecaps is a pattern we know you’ll work more than once. As spring is upon us, we chose Sesia’s Flora Paillettes, a 100% cotton shot through with tiny sequins. The pattern is worked with slipped stitches, using one or two strands of yarn to create the honeycomb effect. Rows of double strand are worked then rows of single strand, slipping the doubled stitches up to create this yummy fiber. Size 9 needles make it all happen. The pattern is included in the kit.
