"Spring Criteria"

Summer sweaters need to be light, airy and pretty. Oh and did I say soft? Our cardigan this week fits all the criteria. Karen chose Artyarns' Silk Mohair, perhaps the most luxurious mohair on the market and then blended 6 different colors to form a gradient palette to suit the senses. It floats on the body as if you had nothing on.  These colors are developed for L'Atelier. Worked 2 ply on size 9 needles in one piece to the armholes, it knits quickly. We framed the cardigan with 2 colors of Artyarns Beaded Silk & Sequins Light to create some weight to anchor the mohair and to give it a bit of sparkle. All of the palettes are unique and will add light to whatever you choose to pair it with. The pattern includes a matching tank pattern, 2 versions, one spaghetti strap, the other more conventional. Just add the Tank package if you want the perfect twin set.
