Mother’s Day is almost upon us and Rosemary Drysdale created this lovely tribute to a Mom's Day tradition that is from a time gone by. Corsage is created in Noro’s Akari, a blend of 26% silk, 21% cotton, 15% rayon, 14% mohair and 12% nylon. With a little bit of everything in the fiber, thus goes the design. Beginning with an eyelet rib hem, graduating into Stockingnette Stitch and then the finale, an incredible lace entrelac. The beauty of Rosemary is that the pattern gives detailed instructions on how to do the Entrelac Lace Stitch. She will make you an Entrelac star! Worked on size 6 needles, there is enough yarn in the 2 smaller sizes for a longer sleeve. Larger sizes add one extra skein if you want a longer sleeve. The pattern is included in the kit
