Fall will arrive and Barry Klein has been knitting all summer. His collection this year, as I always tell him, is the best he’s ever done. I had a chance to view all his samples and this one really stood out as a great transitional piece. Knit in Trendsetter’s new Kinsale, a luscious tweeded blend of 40% wool, 28% poly, 20% silk and 12% baby alpaca, is a dream to knit and wear. The simple shape came to life in true “Barry” fashion when he added the chevron detailing in Stride, a soft spun multicolored 85% wool, 15% acrylic yarn.
